The meeting was held in the Larkin Building. The goal of the meeting was to share information on a new professional development opportunity for community health workers and the organizations that employ them, provide results on the community health worker workforce survey, and discuss opportunities for cross sector partnerships.

This Stakeholder Seminar, held at Canisius College, created an opportunity for policy makers, funders, and leaders in systems, institutions, organizations, and the community to come together and learn about: Who are CHW’s and what do they do? How do I engage the people I serve in informing the way my organization or initiative operates so that it is community and culturally responsive? What ways might we work together as diverse stakeholders– both top down and bottom up- to have greater collective impact for our region?
